When you request the sample Bleed Map through our pop-up, or when you email us directly, we collect your email address. If you book a paid Bleed Map through Cal.com, we also collect your name and email address. Payment is processed by Stripe through Cal.com. We never see or store your card details.
Information collected automatically
We use Microsoft Clarity for analytics and session replay. Through Clarity, we collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling behavior, mouse movement, and session recordings. We also collect standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your messages and requests.
- To send the sample Bleed Map you requested and a short follow-up email sequence, delivered through Resend.
- To schedule and deliver our paid services (the Bleed Map diagnostic, Cero OS installs, and Cero Care).
- To understand how the website is used and improve it over time.
- For security purposes and to prevent abuse.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the third-party service providers that run our operations:
- Microsoft Clarity (analytics and session replay)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Cal.com (scheduling)
- Stripe (payment processing via Cal.com)
- n8n (workflow automation that routes form submissions internally)
